Updates to Fund Reporting: What You Need to Know About TSR

Edgewood's Annual and Semi-Annual fund reports now come in two separate documents:

• Tailored Shareholder Report (TSR) – This provides a brief summary of your fund’s performance, expenses, and sector allocation. Produced biannually it is known as the Annual Report and Semi-Annual Report, with one for each share class.
• Form N-CSR – This is a comprehensive report that includes full financial statements, complete portfolio holdings, and regulatory disclosures. This report is generated biannually and is known as the Annual Financial Statements & Other Information and the Semi-Annual Financial Statements & Other Information.

Why the Change?

The SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) introduced these updates to make it easier for investors to find the information they need.

• TSR provides a concise summary of essential fund information without inundating you with excessive data.
• The FSOI/N-CSR offers detailed financial data for deeper insights.
